By accessing or using GripAi services (including the website at gripai.uk, the Safety API, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin billing automatically.

7. Service Level and Availability

7.1 Availability Target

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Safety API. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which we will announce with at least 24 hours' notice where reasonably practicable.

7.2 Enterprise SLA

Enterprise customers receive a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with defined uptime guarantees, response times, and service credits. Contact us for details.

7.3 No Guarantee

For non-Enterprise plans, our availability target is a goal, not a guarantee. We do not provide service credits for downtime on Indie, Pro, or Studio plans.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party, including API keys, business data, and technical information. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.

15. Force Majeure

GripAi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or industrial action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
